Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 8:30 to 4:30 some flexibility around core business hours
 
Project: Consolidating the banks various office locations. Involving review of business processes as well as adoption of digital tools. Digital Transformation is very fresh in the market, however this project which has been in the works for some time now, is an excellent opportunity to experience Digital transformation in full flight.
 
Daily Job Duties/Activities:
  • Multi-year strategic initiative designed to greatly enhance the employee work experience. As part of that work, the D3 team (Declutter, Depersonalize & Digitize) is working to help internal clients make more effective use of physical space by streamlining their physical space needs and transforming any paper based processes to digital ones. This will allow teams to work more effectively from wherever they need to be.
  • The D3 consultant is responsible for providing advisory support to help teams execute against a tailored series of activities in order to optimize their business for the spaces they need to work in. Based on an existing strategy and framework, the emphasis in this role is on facilitating successful execution and building trust and partnership with the business units being engaged. The consultant will also work with businesses to identify opportunities for going digital and will work with the businesses hands-on to design, implement and ensure sustainment of change.
  • The consultant will also support activities related to moving teams into our new state-of-the-art global headquarters. Partnering with the facilities management team, the consultant will support commissioning activities to get ready and will provide PCM support to teams as they move into their new spaces. The consultant will support other activities as required.
  • The consultant will be working remotely frequently, with some activities taking place onsite at the bank’s offices. All onsite activities will be conducted in line with the banks health and safety protocols. There will be some fluctuation, but as a rule of thumb, the role with operate remotely approximately 60 – 75% of the time.
Must Haves:
  • 2 – 4 years in Business Analysiswith customer service being an asset - Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for helping clients apply best practices to their business unit or organization.
  • Office 365 Suite especially SharePoint experience
  • Must be comfortable with Digital Migration (converting physical files to digital)
Nice to have:
  • Background with Electronic Records Management *Strong nice to have
  • FI Experience - Lots of client facing work in this role
