Location: Toronto (hybrid)Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension or FT)
Job Description:
Responsible for developing and executing against a holistic content calendar that includes key dates, observances, product launches and events. Includes creation of SEO-driven content, as well as activities in support of promotional campaigns, heritage months and sponsorships, with the goal of driving acquisition and loyalty among Business Banking clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop an enhanced content strategy with a clear focus on community engagement and potential for lead generation
- Project manage Business Banking events from inception to completion – including event formulation, invitation creation, coordination of speakers, event recaps and KPI measurement
- Collaborate with product marketers to align on and amplify content for digital audiences to generate qualified leads/applicants/conversions
- Lead key content marketing opportunities like Small Business Month that align with Business Banking’s overall brand voice, vision and mission
- Write copy and content for various communication platforms, including social media, email, web pages and print collateral
- Research and synthesize information to be used in original content for industry/minority programs
- Ensure all copy and content aligns with brand guidelines and style standards
- Track project timelines and proactively communicate updates as needed
Must Have Skills:
- 2+ years of content management and execution experience
- Proven B2B content creation capabilities (including written samples)
- Strong understanding of social channels and SEO
- Experience in writing marketing material for a B2B audience
