Jr. Documentation Management Specialist to facilitate the retrieval and management of documents for a large banking client - 41514

Location: Downtown Toronto (on-site)
Duration: 5 months (possibility of extension)
Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm Mon- Fri
 
Job Description:
Responsible for handling and maintaining customer documentation and files, including facilitating the storage and retrieval of items from Iron Mountain as well as supporting the Servicing team.
 
Job Responsibilities:
• Receiving documents from deal specialist to input into Iron Mountain
• Shipping and receiving documents from Iron Mountain
• Preparing and sending files to be uploaded into Digital Library
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Assist servicing team with day to day duties pertaining to their desk
 
Must Have Skills:
  • 2-4 yrs of customer service-related experience
  • Data entry experience
 
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Banking/Financial Institution experience
