A typical day for a reps starts with logging into the system and taking calls for 7.5 hours. Support is available for questions and guidance. Training is virtual-usually for 7 days for each skill set and then on the phones. You would support inquiries from RBC employees related to payroll, Benefits, Workday and Pensions. Ability to adhere to compliance and call center metrics.

Must Haves:
HR Background (1+ year)
- Call Center experience (1+ year)

Nice to Have:
- Workday, SAP experience (1+ year)
- Service Now experience (1+ year)
