SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training operations role for E-learning. They will receive cases where people have problems with e -learning, will need to review those cases that come in electronically, review learner situation and create responses to fix issues if course is broken, or problems in content with the course. Will be doing troubleshooting and reach out to learner and partners for next steps and find solutions.
Description:
Reporting to the Team Manager, Global Escalations in L&D Learning Operations, the HR Business Analyst I will be responsible for escalated L&D issue resolutions, triaging issues within L&D, a variety of business programs, Program Project teams, HR Business Solutions and Learning Solutions/Talent Learning Advisory teams, primarily within the Mandatory Training space. This role ensures the learner experience is managed through timely response/resolutions to learner inquiries enterprise-wide, and through the monitoring of potential issues with Mandatory online training and/or LMS learning solutions technology.
MUST HAVE:
1.) 1-2+ years related experience in training environment with a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems and online training.
2.) Strong skills in MS Office
3.) Knowledge of Learning Platforms LMS’s and SharePoint database is an asset.
