Location: 88 Queensquay - Hybrid 1-2 days in office
Overview:
As part of the organizational change management team supporting a major deployment of Salesforce.com to the Bank's Personal and Commercial Banking, the role will support the development and maintenance of learning content to prepare end users to adopt the new CRM solution, with a focus on quality control.
Responsibilities:
· Review learning content that has been developed against the most recent Salesforce.com system configuration to validate accuracy and/or identify updates required.
· Support the learning content development team in incorporating the required changes that have been identified.
· Support the team in building reports on learning completion by end users.
· Generally support the team in the highest priority areas as needs evolve.
Must Have:
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Experience building learning content for end-users
Nice to Have:
- Change management experience
