Jr. Payments Specialist to process transactions for large banking client x2 - 41566

Location: Mississauga (hybrid, twice a month on site)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Working hours: Monday to Friday - will be required to work one of the following shifts on a weekly rotation 7am-3:30pm, 8:30am-5pm, 10:15am-6:45pm
 
Job Description:
The selected candidate will develop, promote, maintain, and manage an assigned business/group vendor management program for the management of partnerships with suppliers/service providers that improve productivity, service delivery and quality. They will perform periodic reviews, analyze program outcomes, providing insights and making recommendations for enhancement and changes as required. The candidate will also ensure the effective and efficient execution of all program components, including ensuring change management & communications are in place for any enhancements / changes and mitigating any risk. They will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
 
Must Have Skills:

• 1+ yr of experience in a role dealing with financial data entry (will consider new grads with related education)
• Microsoft Office experience

 
Nice to Have Skills:

• Payments and deposits knowledge
• Banking/Financial Experience
• Call center experience
• Wire Payments processing in Canadian dollars, US dollars and Sundry Foreign currencies (i.e.: EUR, GBP, CHF, etc.)
