Our client is seeking a JR Project Coordinator with acumen in finance to support a senior Program Manager on a new implementation project

Must-Haves:

·        2+ years as a Project Coordinator

·        Understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

·        Administrative skills with the ability to efficiently manage tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and resource allocation.

·        IT project experience

Nice-to-Haves:

·       Spanish

·        Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field

·        Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).

·        Experience with specific project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, servicenow).

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with Senior project managers and team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

·        Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.

·        Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related materials. Ensure that project documentation is organized and easily accessible.

·        Identify and assess project risks and issues. Work with project managers to develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of issues.

·        Schedule and organize project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and project closure meetings. Prepare agendas, distribute materials, and record meeting minutes.

·        Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses. Report any deviations from the budget to project managers for corrective action.
