Jr. Regional Marketing Manager to identify and evaluate new initiatives to support marketing strategies within the Kitchener/Waterloo (ON) communities – 18358
 
Location: Kitchener/Waterloo (Hybrid - sometimes evenings/weekends)
Duration: 1 year (possibility of extension)
 
Must have skills:   
  1. 1-2+ years progressive experience in Marketing, Sales and Business position
  2. Relationship building: Ability to develop strong, integrated relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) as well as with community members
  3. Demonstrate influence and strategy skills with the ability to adapt to change throughout the planning and promotion process
  4. Ability to travel to execute events and activities within your assigned communities
     
Nice to have skills:
  1. Have existing relationships or connections within local Kitchener/Waterloo communities and possess a detailed understanding of these communities 
  2. Experience with campaign tracking and ability to distill and report on important insights including lessons learned to help improve future campaigns
  3. Expertise with executing virtual/online events and digital marketing
     
Project details:  The Market Manager will work within a team and be responsible for developing and leading the execution of a local community marketing strategy. This person will also identify and evaluate new initiatives and review existing programs required to support our marketing strategies to drive penetration in the target markets. This role is unique in that there is a key component of building relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
