Our client is seeking a Junior Administrative Professional to manage calendars, coordinate meetings and track expenses within the financial industry

Must Have:  
  • 1+ years experience working as an Administrative Assistant within the financial industry
  • 1+ years experience with the 2 or more of the following: 
    • managing and coordianting meetings and calendars
    • manging expenses/travel
    • managing meeting room bookings
Note: must have a computer at home to work from 3-4 days per week. 1-2 days per week in office.
