Our Calgary Energy client is seeking a Junior Administrator to take ownership of meeting minutes for committee meetings with external and joint venture partners as part of a large pipeline program with the External Governance team. (6481)
 
Must Have:

• 1 - 4 years’ experience in an Administrative Role
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Distributing meeting minutes for review
  • Scheduling meetings including finalizing and sharing agendas
  • Conducting a safety moment for the group
• Ability to participate in critical thinking during meetings including disclosing any potential risks, concerns or recommendations to external partners and joint venture partners
