Junior/Intermediate Project Manager
The Junior/Intermediate Project Manager manages the entire lifecycle of a small project or phases of a larger project which include developing a project plan, coordinating the activities of a project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience within Project Management
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. Discipline such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or other applications of study.
- Experience working in a technical environment is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel and use of on-line resources.
- Experience in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA & Confluence)
- Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or other equivalent project management certificates
- Some experience working in an academic environment would be an asset.
- Prepares project plans. Monitor’s scope, schedule, budget and other key aspects to ensure successful project delivery.
- Completes project status reports on a biweekly basis.
- Works with project stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Manages expectations and fosters excellent communication in a collaborative environment.
- Works with the project and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Establishes a sustainable mechanism for the collection of any requirements and data; engages with departments to ensure that outcomes will meet their needs.
- Writes formal reports, including status reports and formal documentation.

- Works with stakeholders to enable buy-ins for the project outcomes as required.
