Our post-secondary education client is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the ERP Project Manager on rolling out communications and training materials for their Workday Student module implementation

This is a fixed-term employment role till 31 Mar 2026. Hybrid: 1-2 days/week on-site in Vancouver. Candidates MUST be located in the Lower Mainland.

Must Have:

• 2+ years in Project Coordination or Administration
• Experience in supporting the development and delivery of user training programs and classes.
• Some experience in providing technical support to users.
• Experience with productivity tools, such as SharePoint, Confluence or JIRA.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with writing, editing and formatting formal policy and procedure documents
• Experience in writing, editing and formatting technical guides, process and procedural documents, and other materials for both technical and non-technical audiences
