Our client is looking for an Junior Project Coordinator with strong excel experience to triage and prioritize IT project requests

*Successful candidate will reside in Calgary*

Must Haves:

• 3-5 years' experience working as a Project Coordinator or Demand Analyst on IT related projects
• Must have experience with MS Suite (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities:

-Triage IT requests and mini-projects

-Prioritize intake and demand requests

-Works closely with Project Coordinator to ensure that service and resource capacity meet project outcomes

-Submit tickets to engage internal third party vendor

-Tracks and reports on the projects; intake through to completion

-Analyze intake and identify where project requests can be combined and duplicated and where there are risks or collisions with other large IT projects

-Analyze and manipulate data to create exception reports 

-Takes initiative to solve challenges and provide an outstanding client experience
