Our Oil and Gas client is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Administrator to support purchase orders and assist with processing invoices/purchase requisitions within SAP.

Must-Haves:

• 3 +years' Experience with progressive SCM administration.
• Working knowledge of purchase order formation, interpretation, and administration.
• Experience managing invoice payment issues and assisting the Accounts Payable team with various invoicing and requisition requests.
• Familiarity with ERP system platforms, such as OpenInvoice (Enverus), GEP-Smart, and SAP, to effectively manage purchase orders using these tools.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with buying or purchasing
• Oil and Gas experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
