- 2+ years as a Supply chain analyst

- Fire and Life Safety commodity classification is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of the item compliance program for eCommerce with a view to monitor and ensure item product setup is assessed for storage, shipment and disposal requirements. Provide support and collaborate with sellers, vendors and internal business units to resolve regulated product item setup and flow
- Monitor products through the item setup pipeline, ensuring potentially regulated products are assesses for storage, shipment and disposal requirements. Provide support and collaborate with sellers, vendors and internal business units to resolve product item setup and flow.
- Build strategic relationships and enable business functions by working closely with various internal business partners helping them to identify, assess and mitigate risk as they seek to expand assortment, service offerings and experiences.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, controls, training and communication to embed compliance into key processes.
- Create and monitor business metrics to track compliance and program effectiveness. Utilize data to assess and improve program effectiveness, identify trends and potential issues and respond timely to resolve.
- Actively seek to improve program execution. Leverage data and tech to manage and enhance compliance processes. Automating tasks and developing processes that monitor, analyze and inform stakeholders.
- Actively seek cross-functional coordination opportunities for continuous improvement and drive compliance requirement execution.
