Junior Systems Analyst experienced with SharePoint Online, Azure and Teams for a public sector client

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 support; including recording, tracking, triaging and reporting on defects.
• Document business & system use cases and business rules
• Assist with change management and training activities
• Create & execute test cases and facilitate UAT

Qualifications Ideal candidates must-have:

• Experience with working with SharePoint Online and Teams
• Experience with working with Azure DevOps 
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a business/systems analyst developing business and functional requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience participating in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• 1 to 3 years of experience supporting web based application
• 1 to 3 years of experience writing and executing test cases
• 1 to 3 years of experience participating in change management and training
• Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving, and judgement skills
• Ability to learn and quickly comprehend technical and business concepts
• Ability to work well under pressure and able to manage simultaneous priorities, pressures, and deadlines
