Our client is looking for an Intermediate Technical Writer to support the research and provide customer support for TV related products.
Initially 12-month contract with chances of extension. Work remotely within BC and Alberta.

Must have:
- Knowledge of TV landscape
- Strong Technical Writing Skills, ability to translate TV related terms into simple English
- Experience with user research/market research
- Experiences in data/quantitative analysis
- Experience in marketing/advertising
Responsibilities:
- Help create exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that each touchpoint of our customers’ journey is engaging, efficient and effective.
- Work closely with user experience researchers, design teams, and product owners, you will aid in shaping and optimizing customer experience based on data and feedback we gather and analyze.
- Develop customer facing content and communications across our TV ecosystem, related web portals and other customer touchpoints
- Steward the consistent delivery of great end-to-end customer experiences across all touchpoints in the customer journey
- Ensure each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective
- Champion opportunities and drive accountability across the organization for consistent customer experiences
- Help organize and maintain a research repository
