Our global client is looking for a Junior to Intermediate tier 1/2 Deskside Support Technician to provide a wide variety of Microsoft product support for small to mid-sized businesses in Toronto.

Must have: 
  • 1+ years’ experience providing tier 1/2 help desk support for end-user devices including:  laptops, desktops,  mobile devices, printers, scanners, operating systems, device imaging, application installation, deployment and security tools
  • Experience building, configuring and deploying desktops using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Windows 10 and Office 2010/2016 and/or O365 (ie.  Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Planner etc))
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems    
  • Experience supporting Active Directory administration/troubleshooting    
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting local area network (LAN) and VPN connectivity issues
  • Access to transportation to travel to clients throughout the City
Nice to have:
  • A+ Certification
  • MCTS, MCITP, ITIL Certification
What you will be doing:
  • No one day will be the same, if you like variety, problem solving and technology support and access to other team members for training and help then this is the role for you!
  • You will be providing a wide variety of on-site Tier 1/2 technical support for clients within the city of Toronto
  • Responsibilities could include desktop build and deployment, hardware installs/upgrades, training and troubleshooting problems with Microsoft Office suite of products, application installation and more
  • Working with other support teams like Network operations to fix more complex connectivity issues
