Our government client is looking for Intermediate Change Manager (Non-IT) to work on the development of child interventions services within the public sector. (154947)
Must Have
  • 3 years of Change Management experience with a focus on business improvements         
  • 2 years of experience as PM, BA, or CM with complex government projects that are related to implementing business, service, or process improvement 
  • 2+ years Creating change management artifacts (Change or Implementation plans, stakeholder analyses, training material, information/communication products, Web content, Briefing and/or speaking notes, etc.).
  • 2-year Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Nice to Have
  • Change Management training from a recognized institution. (PROSCI, CCMP or ACMP)
  • Experience working in a Social Services Field (Public services that build stronger communities to promote equality and opportunities i.e., Education, Health, Community Services)         
  • Coordinating multiple complex org changes, simultaneously
  • Design and facilitation of information gathering sessions (interviews and/or focus group discussions)
  • Process mapping, gap analysis, needs identification and producing artifacts to support this    
  • Lead, facilitate and document strategic plans and priorities, aligning to Department vision;
  • Identify projects to achieve this vision;
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and focus groups;
  • Prepare and present strategies and information to steering committees and project groups;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations about initiatives or issues to executives and staff, steering committees, project groups and Service Alberta personnel and other stakeholders;
  • Assist with risk management and issues management
  • Develop and execute change management plans and communication plans
