Must Have:

- 5+ years experience in a back office/administrative role
- Validate incoming client applications for acceptance and further processing
- Identify incomplete or missing applications and send rejection notice to clients in a timely manner
- 2+ years experience in a back office environment in a Financial Services industry
- Canadian Securities Course completion
