Our post-secondary education client is seeking an Intermediate Change Manager to support their Student Information Systems program that includes ERP implementation and CRM projects.
This is a permanent temporary role running till March 31, 2026. Hybrid working model: 2 days/week on-site.

Must Have:
- 5+ years of combined experience in organizational change management, process improvement, organization development, communications, or a related field
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Bachelor’s degree in commerce, HR, technology, communications, organizational management, or related field; Master’s degree would be considered an asset
- Experience with ERP implementation (Workday preferred) or software implementation projects
- Higher-education or public sector experience
