Our retail client is looking for a POS & Support Technician Lead who can be a mentor and motivate the team while assessing and driving process improvements

Must Have
- 4+ years’ experience in an IT Service Desk environment
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or proven leadership capabilities
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with retail Point of Sale systems, such as Xstore, SAP, Aptos, or RetailOne
- Previous experience working in a Retail environment
- Strong working knowledge of PC systems, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
Responsibilities
- Assisting stores by solving register problem calls and following up with all outside service providers
- Providing timely and efficient "self-maintenance" of Point-of-Sale hardware to all stores
- Delivering cost effective service and maintenance of POS equipment in the stores
- Conducting regular POS inventories and providing information to ensure adequate supply of parts.
