SaaS Executive Leader, Enterprise Solutions to General Manage operations and sales for U.S. OEM's Lead Management Technology

We are looking for he successful Executive Leader, Enterprise Solutions with extensive (10+ years) of relevant experience as a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing all aspects of US operations including the management, quality assurance and related processes. 

•    Identify opportunities to leverage US enterprise lead management practices into current companies practices and operations 
•    Maintain existing relationship with a multi-million US business and as the public face of the company’s executive leader of product  
•    Represent and serve as liaison between OEMs and network of US franchised dealerships, reviewing concerns and integrate them into future product development plans 
•    Design and implement US marketing strategy and responding to request for proposals 
•    Set and implement policies and goals respect to sales and marketing, personnel demonstration, including hiring and terminating, government relations in, expansion and other major functions 
•    Manage and achieve sales and profit levels
•    Undertake contractual engagements consistent with budget and corporate allowances 
•    Delegate management functions via one department 
•    Reconcile multination operations to promote cost efficiency and expansion of market share 

Must have Qualifications:
•    Executive level - GM, C level role
•    Proven Management experience and expertise in lead management software•    Identify and develop strategic alignment and growth opportunities 
•    Progressive experience in management and implementing sales and marketing strategies
•    Minimum 10+ years’ experience in an executive or c-suite related roles 
•    Demonstrate experience of day to day leadership of leading and developing a team
•    Demonstrate of development and maintenance of an operating plan and related processes
•    Demonstrate experience of developing performance management process for measuring and evaluating progress consistent with corporate goals, managing effectively via middle managers and within budget 
•    In depth knowledge of US OEM’s lead management technology 

•    Bachelors in Degree Business Administration and or related disciplines
