Our Valued public sector client is seeking the services of a Senior Secret Cleared Organizational Change Manager to create change strategies and assist with the reassessment of finance and material management capabilities in a digital environment within the Public Sector

The Transformation program will harness innovation and technology by reimagining its workforce business processes and policies, to provide reliable, consistent GC-wide information internally and externally, and ensure financial management services better enable the delivery of programs for Canadians remain cost effective and sustainable. Design and deliver standard, streamlined processes and common data structures and build modernized common system to replace departmental platforms.
 
Must Have:
  • A University Degree or College Diploma
  • At least one of the following certifications:
    • Prosci
    • CCMP
    • CMP
  • Valid Secret Clearance 
Responsibilites: 
  • Responsible for leading processes to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and organizational change management activities; 
  • Provide a change management methodology (ADKAR, PROSCI) 
  • Participate in change impact analysis with the onboarding organization and change management activities; 
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and advisory services for the management of change among individuals impacted by the change, as required.
  • Work with the target community to ensure alignment, correct skills and experience to enable the change to the new system and related business processes; 
  • Build and train change agent network with the onboarding organization.
