Secret Cleared Senior Technical Writer to document the processes in order to identify gaps and suggest improvements for a ITSM tool implementation project

Our valued Public Sector Client requires a Secret Cleared Technical Writer (10+ years) to document the processes in order to identify gaps and suggest improvments for a ITSM tool implementation project.
 
This team is responsible for capturing, monitoring and reporting on all Request For Changes (RFCs) in its service line to support Key Performance Indicators, improve IT processes, and inform Management for their respective clients.
 
Responsibilities May Include:

• Identifying gaps and suggesting improvements for considered alternatives
• Evaluate and define existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, application subsystems
• Review documentation standards and the existing project documentation
• Investigate the accuracy of the information collected by making direct use of the material being documented
• Provide support with project gating artefacts, including project Initiation documentation, plans, opportunity submission forms, IT concept cases, project charters, benefits realization documentation, etc.
• Assist in the preparation/editing of communication materials on behalf of the project for a range of audiences
