Our client is seeking a Senior Agile Service Developer to support a regulatory reporting, and KYC refresh for a large banking client

Location: 155 Wellington (Hybrid 1-2 days per week in office)
Contract: 1 year

Overview:

Large regulatory project covering multiple Caribbean Jurisdictions. Consultant is to take reports and automate reports. They will also integrate reports with the infrastructure surrounding the project. They will need to support in the development work to help with the integration. 

Daily Responsiblities:
 

• Lead the design, development, documentation and delivery of an array of reporting and analytical solutions, metrics and insights
• Participate in business requirement and/or data gathering sessions with colleagues and internal partners to understand business opportunities and problems in the context of reporting requirements and recommend solutions.
• Support continuous improvement activities through use of available data sources and tools to enhance effectiveness and ensure reporting and analytics solutions continue to be seen as “value add” to respective stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness and make appropriate recommendations pertaining to process streamlining and/or leveraging technology to enable automation, mitigate risk of error, and improve user experience.
• Promote and share best practices with teammates and stakeholders
• Support the development and maintenance of the Dashboard tool (Python and Django language)
• Document technical specifications, walkthrough with stakeholder(s) and obtain sign off
• Create and execute unit and system integration test cases  
• Automate reports using SAS
• Willingness to perform other duties required to meet sprint goals (training and support will be provided)

 
Must Haves:

- Agile/Waterfall Methdologies
- 7+  years Application Development
- Python and SQL

Nice to Have:
- Build Macros
- BA/BSA Experience
- Django experience
- SAS automate
