Our telecom client is looking for a Senior Agile Transformation Coach responsible for leading and supporting teams in their Agile Framework Journey 

Responsibilties:

• Orchestrate transition to BAF (Bell Agile Framework) for a team (or multiple teams in parallel) as part of the BAF Coaching Practice team
• Provide SAFe® certifications trainings at a regular cadence as per the training calendar
• Assess the current state & delivery environment for an existing programs
• Advise on dependency management techniques between internal teams and third parties, release managers, or between Agile teams.
• Actively build and contribute to the company's BAF Communities of Practice, and mentor agile practitioners.
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members to advance their skills and BAF maturity.
• Leading workshops to assess agile project health and maturity, helping build improvement plans.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years experience as an Agile coach involved in large-scale Agile transformations/multifunctional environment
• Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
• Experience implementing Agile Release Trains
• Jira and Confluence 

Nice To Haves:

• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
