S.i. System's client is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to triage complex issues within a Java & Salesforce environment.
MUST HAVES:
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years troubleshooting tier 3 tickets in either Salesforce and/or Java related applications
- Strong experience with application and integration support (Web Service/Rest API/SOAP API)
- Monitoring (Datadog, ELK, TICK, Prometheus, Splunk, SolarWinds, AppDynamics,)
- Database user background - Oracle/MySQL/MSSQL/PostgreSQL - should be able to write SQL Queries, update statements - be able to read statements for troubleshooting purposes
- Administration with: Linux, Windows, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
- Scripting - PowerShell/Python/bash
- Systemd /system component knowledge
- Application/System Administrative experience
- AWS/GCP/Azure experience
- Familiarities with: Apache Tomcat, Nginx, JBOSS, IBM Websphere
- Git, Docker
- Certificate management – Windows & Java keystores
