S.i. System's client is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to triage complex issues within a Java & Salesforce environment.

MUST HAVES:
  • 5+ years troubleshooting tier 3 tickets in either Salesforce and/or Java related applications
  • Strong experience with application and integration support (Web Service/Rest API/SOAP API)
NICE TO HAVES:
  • Monitoring (Datadog, ELK, TICK, Prometheus, Splunk, SolarWinds, AppDynamics,)
  • Database user background - Oracle/MySQL/MSSQL/PostgreSQL - should be able to write SQL Queries, update statements - be able to read statements for troubleshooting purposes
  • Administration with:  Linux, Windows, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
  • Scripting - PowerShell/Python/bash
  • Systemd /system component knowledge
  • Application/System Administrative experience
  • AWS/GCP/Azure experience
  • Familiarities with:  Apache Tomcat, Nginx, JBOSS, IBM Websphere
  • Git, Docker
  • Certificate management – Windows & Java keystores
