Senior AWS DevSecOps Specialist to assist migrating a group of on-premises applications to Containers as a Service on AWS

 Our public sector client is looking for a Senior AWS DevSecOps Specialist to assist migrating a group of on-premises applications to Containers as a Service on AWS
 
Must Have

• 7+ years as a DevSecOps Engineer, or supporting AWS Cloud Security
• You have experience in .Net programming and custom .NET Framework/.NET Core 3.x applications migrations
• Proficiency understanding of security administration

Nice to Have

• AWS certification

Responsibilities

• Participate in migration planning and design in addition to the technical migration
• Will work alongside SysOps Specialists, Cloud Migration Core team and internal staff to ensure that their work is compliant with operational, security, governance, audit and financial controls

Requirement

The client is planning and undertaking a number of projects to migrate and operate various information technology workloads to AWS Public Cloud Platform which require various resources on demand basis to deliver DevSecOps services in a hybrid environment of on-prem and AWS public cloud platform, as listed but not limited to:

• CloudFormation with YAML, Amazon Elastic Container Services with AWS Fargate, Amazon Elastic Container Registry, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon CloudFront, AWS Lambda, Elastic Compute Cloud with Windows Server, Amazon Simple Queue Service, Amazon Relational Database Services (SQL Server), Amazon GuardDuty,AWS SecurityHub, AWS Config, AWS CloudTrail, AWS Control Tower, AWS Organizations with Service Control Policies, AWS Identity and Access Management, AWS Key Management Service, AWS Web Application Firewall, AWS Network Firewall, and AWS Single Signon
