Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Bilingual Business Transformation Architect to develop requirements plan for a Case Management System. The succesful resource will help modernize the way business areas conduct operations using cloud.

Tasks:
 
  • Develop and document a detailed statement of requirements for the proposed system(s);
  • Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, application subsystems, and develop data dictionary;
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems;
  • Identify candidate business processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action. Identify the modifications to the automated processes;
  • Support and use the selected departmental methodologies;
  • Perform business analyses on complex functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows;
  • Provide analysis and development of business success "critical success factors";
  • Provide analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training;
  • Be responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
  • Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities;
  • Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring);
  • Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders;
  • Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions; and
  • Recommend to the organization, candidate business processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action. Identify the major modifications to the automated processes; and
  • Plan requirements specification

  • Deliver workflow functional assessments
  • Deliver proposed workflow redesign (as required)
  • Document external process interfaces
  • Adhere to corporate SDLC template for system specification
  • Plan business modelling activity
  • Document/diagram business process flows
  • Document options and candidate functional solutions to the project & development team
  • Assist in specification for System Under Test (QA guidance)
