Our valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Bilingual Change Manager (10+ years) to develop a roadmap and change strategies for a new Service Delivery Model within the Center of Excellence
For context, The client is seeking advisory in change management to further develop and refine the roadmap for change and the requirements for successful implementation of the planned COE model. Specifically, an analysis of the current service delivery model and its variance to the proposed service delivery model, and the development of strategies to align all stakeholders to a new service delivery model. The objective of this project is to modernize the client's business administration functions through a unified horizontal enterprise solution, thereby enabling employees across the Agency to focus more on their core responsibilities and less on administrative tasks.
Must Have:
- 3+ Projects within the last 10 years developing and implementing change management strategies, plans and frameworks
- Fluently Bilingual
- Active Reliability Clearance
Deliverables and Tasks:
- Produce a change readiness assessment
- Implement a risk management and change steering committee
- Produce communication and resistance management plans
- Conducting briefings and workshops.
- Designing interventions that improve organizational effectiveness through people-centered change and result in: bringing about change, an improved environment, greater involvement and a more responsive workforce
- Developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, framework identifying change management tools and risks
- Providing expertise, consultative advice, guidance and coaching to build project capacity to make effective use of change management strategies and related tools
- Articulating the purpose of change in a manner that makes sense to staff and provides a compelling picture of the new organization
- Designing and conducting a change readiness assessment in order to plan and carry out a change management strategy
- Developing performance measurement/evaluation frameworks
- Documents will be delivered bilingual, in an electronic format in Word
