Our valued Public sector client requires a Senior Bilingual Change Manager to lead process reviews.

The team is designing a solution that will act as a one stop shop for all internal services, beginning with Human Resources and Real Property and Security Services.

The objectives of the portal are:
  • to make it easy for service clients to request services
  • to streamline business processes, where possible, so that service providers can be more efficient

The consultant will support the project lead to develop business requirements, lead process reviews including facilitating consultations with stakeholders, and evaluate existing business processes to identify the best options to onboard them onto the portal, with the aim of streamlining processing and improving workflows

  • Prepare the Organization for Change
  • Craft a Vision and Plan for Change
  • Producing end-to-end journey maps on corporate services under mandate.
  • Leading ongoing consultations with service providers and clients and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement the people side of the project changes
  • Review Progress and Analyze Results
  • Update and discuss with project team findings and recommendations throughout the project
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Ensuring users adopt the new solution and processes.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

  • 2 years of experience facilitating user experience discussions and supporting testing
  • 2 years of experience in supporting change management on HR related projects for the federal public service
  • 2 years of experience in supporting change management on IT related projects for the federal public service
  • 2 years of experience in supporting change management of real property related projects
  • 2 years of experience in leading and facilitating change management and/or user experience discussions.
  • 2 years experience in analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training


- Experience in HR and/or Real Propert and Security Service Delivery
- Relevant Business Analyst certification
