Our valued financial client is seeking a Senior Bilingual Change Manager to provide change management advisory services to senior executives to support the delivery of the key priorities of a cyber security strategy!

Initial 1 Year Part-Time Contract with strong possibility of extension to a total term of 3 years - 100% Remote. Approximately 10 days of work per month. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide change management advisory services to senior executives for significant business transformation initiatives
  • Provide assistance to internal employees to support the delivery of key priorities of the enterprise cyber security strategy
  • Facilitate and lead workshops & divisional planning sessions
  • Provide advice and guidance on change management and facilitation practices to staff and management for related transformation initiatives
  • Deliver change management training for front-line staff as required
  • Provide advice to management and employees in the areas of change management business transformation
  • Work with existing project teams to provide advisory services in the areas of stakeholder engagement, change management, awareness planning and resistance management as well as additional areas of focus
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to ensure understanding of client needs and support effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns
  • Provide advice and guidance on matters relating to business transformation practices and methodologies
Must-Have-Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) 
  • 3+ years providing change management coaching to senior executives
  • 5+ years in delivering training to an adult audience on technical and non-technical subject matter
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • PMP certification
  • Certified Agile Leadership designation
