- Stakeholder analysis, analysis and definition of business processes;
- Analysis of organizational impacts and create activity plans
- Organization and facilitation of organizational impact workshops;
Must haves:
- 5+ years as a Change Manager
- Fluency in French
- 4+ years of SAP experience
- Agile methodology and Stategic management
- Stakeholder experience
- Experience working with the public government sector
- Business Analyst background
- Project coordination
- PROSCI certificate
