Our valued clients are in need of a Senior bilingual (French/English) ERP Functional Analyst who can support the training and knowledge transfer of an SAP solution from the deployment team to end users.
 
Description:

Our valued clients have designed and developed an SAP Solution to assist users within the manufacturing Industry improve work efficiency and product delivery. The SAP solution is a fully holistic platform covering major modules of SAP including Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management (WM), S/4 HANA, Production Planning (PP), Process Management (PMA) and Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO). Now that the SAP platform has been developed our clients would like to bring in a team of people who are familiar with the Warehouse Management and Production and Process Management modules to assist with training users on how to use the platform.
 
Responsibilities:

• Participate in knowledge transition from the Plant Implementation Team to users in order to better understand plant-specific requirements and solution, and plant personnel roles and training needs
• Leads the overall skills assessment related to training document review, and supplementary job aid creation that may be needed for a site
• Assists in facilitation of UAT testing at site
• Responsible for understanding the local data and how it needs to transform to map to user’s standards
• Assist on-site during physical inventory & cutover activities to ensure material/batch/handling unit statuses & related data are accurate

Must Have:

• Must be fluent in English & French
• Must be willing to work onsite (2-3 days a week)
• Experience on 2 projects in which Warehouse Management (WM) was in the environemnt
• Experience on 2 projects in which Production Planning (PP) and Processing Managmenet (PMA) was in the environement
• Experience with  1+ Year with SAP Manufacturing
