Our valued financial client is seeking a Senior Bilingual IT Onboarding Specialist to assist with the onboarding of new resources, including internal transfers, and entering relevant information in ServiceNow!
Long-term (Initial 3-year) contract in Ottawa, ON (Hybrid - 2 days/week required on-site).

Responsibilities:
- Provide primary support to the IT Leadership Team for the on-boarding of new resources, including internal transfers as well as entering relevant information in ServiceNow; liasing with partners such as Human Resources, Corporate Services, Security Screening, the IT Onboarding Team, and Accommodations Management.
- Assist the hiring managers with the development of communications/announcements of new hires
- Provide information to necessary stakeholders to support access for new employees, the Financial Management Framework, distribution lists, and Sharepoint
- Share feedback to improve and/or automate areas of the on-boarding process to drive and enhance efficiency
- Provide new hires with required manuals and guidelines.
- Ensure new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software.
- Schedule interview appointments for hiring managers
- 5+ years of years of relevant work experience with administrative support and/or process delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Demonstrated experience in organizing and effectively managing priorities, taking necessary steps to carry out objectives
- Demonstrated experience identifying areas for process improvement and devising plans to address them.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow
