Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to elicit and document requirements for the development of a reporting solution following agile methodology

Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to elicit and document requirements for the development of a reporting solution following agile methodology.

Responsibilities may include:

• Scheudle and facilitate stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements
• Develop user stories according to stakeholder using Azure DevOps
• Champion the use of agile methodology, including running sprints, producing a product backlog, and more.
• Re-Write waterfall user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile format

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of Government Experience (including Federal, Provincial, and Crown Corporation)
• An IIBA Certification, or a PMI/PBA Certification, or a Business Analysis Masters Certificate 
• Experience using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
• Agile / Scrum Experience 

Nice to Haves:

• Scrum/Agile certification
• Bilingual (French and English)
