Project - Bill 64 Digital Privacy

Must Haves:

1. Deep understanding of digital privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, Quebec Bill 64, and other relevant regulations
2. Past experience in writing digital privacy requirements and conducting privacy impact assessments for various technology systems that collect, process, and store personal information
3. Ability to facilitate discussions with Privacy and Risk stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document clear and concise business requirements
4. Comfortable in interpreting legislative requirements and translating them into business requirements that align with the organization's policies and standards
5. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of management
6. Stakeholder management skills, to address feedback and concerns, manage expectations, and ensure alignment and agreement on the requirements
7. Industry knowledge of the Canadian banking sector and the privacy challenges and opportunities it faces
8. Passion for research and staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of digital privacy
9. Excellent in task management and organization, to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks within the project scope, timeline, and budget
10. Confident in providing updates and reporting on the status, progress, and issues of the requirements to the business sponsor, project manager, and other relevant stakeholders
