Business group: Regulatory Data Governance - Supporting Corporate Functions CDO – CDO provides data management and data governance support to various functions in the bank
Project: Systemic Audit Project to identify corporate function domains’ critical business processes, identifying what kind of governance/data management is required, develop, and build data management roadmaps to execute data management activities for various corporate functions.

Responsibilities:
• Generates and defines roadmap for business processes
• Works with Enterprise and Local Data Stewards to create Data Management strategies to ensure successful implementation of use cases
• Provides consultative support to Heads of Data on the establishment of local data office operating model and Data Steward onboarding where applicable
Responsible for project and portfolio level reporting for all initiatives/projects engaged with; includes tracking, status reporting, executive dashboard etc.
• Responsible to develop, manage and track stakeholder relationships in application such as Salesforce and JIRA
• Responsible to complete stakeholder engagement reporting within Salesforce, with the intent to develop executive engagement dashboards
• Determine data management activities, artifacts and milestones required by the project initiative team. This includes collecting information on the initiative and documents its use cases, use case description and type, use case success criteria and business purpose, and use case tier assessment. Coordinate meeting to include various Data Office experts with the project team as needed.
• Collects information on the initiative and ensures that it is aligned to the program portfolio as part of initiating the official workstream
• Work with teams and scrum master to develop risk mitigated strategies to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of re-useable datasets. Escalates blockers and issues to Data Office leadership for resolution

Must Have Skills:
1) 3-5+ years of experience with project management, preferably within financial institutions
2) 3-5+ years of experience working with data management processes (eg. data lineage, data profiling, data quality, SCHEMA – end to end data management and governance)
3) 3-5+ years Project/Program Delivery experience

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience with JIRA, Confluence, IGC/GC, Salesforce, COLLIBRA is preferable (please list which ones)
2) Experience with Data Visualization tools – Tableau or Power BI is an asset
3) Agile experience an asset

Education:
Post-Secondary degree
