Our GTA based, Municipal Government client requires a Senior Business Analyst to help support their ITSM project.
ROLE:
This project goal is to implement a solution that provides industry best practices for ITSM. The solution will support processes related to: Service Request Management, Service Level Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Software and Hardware Asset Management.
Specifically, the project has the following main objectives:

The solution will support processes related to: Service Request Management, Service Level Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Software and Hardware Asset Management.
Specifically, the project has the following main objectives:
- Move to a complete and accurate database where efficient audit and control capabilities can be enabled.
- Incident Management where the user community can create tickets.
- Service Catalog with intuitive functions for Incident and Requests.
- Ability to discover hardware, software and licenses.
- University degree or college diploma in a related field (e.g. - Computer Science, Information System, Engineering) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business/Systems Analyst, and/or Business Architect
- Extensive knowledge and experience in ITSM solutions, asset management solutions and business process reengineering
- Developing use cases and validating test cases including plans, presentations and solution implementation
- ITIL, CBAP, PBA, Scrum Master and/or PMP certification
- Public Service and Transit experience
