Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to create user stories and perform an option analysis of a new stakeholder management system.
 
Project Description:
This Business Analyst will assist in the development and onboarding of a new Stakeholder Management System that is currently in the option analysis stage (MS Dynamics/Salesforce). The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating user stories and software specifications, in addition to conducting client and stakeholder interviews to gather information to improve processes.  
 
Responsibilities:

• Document business requirements, functional specifications, software specifications, user cases, user stories, and test cases, as directed by the TA.
• Produce an Options Analysis to compare select technology solutions for a new stakeholder management system.
• Reviewing existing work processes and organizational structure within the organization.
• Conducting interviews and information gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders and undertake gap analysis on existing business processes.
• Analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements;
• Develop user stories and scenarios through an iterative review process with key stakeholders.
• Undertaking Business Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Business Process Analysis;
• Analyzing and defining business processes related to both "As Is" and "To Be" status;
• Identifying required modifications for the automated processes;
• Defining and documenting a new business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) tools such as, but not limited to, flow charts, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, etc.;
• Research, develop and prepare for briefings, presentations, and/or documentation to senior management.
