Out client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to elicit and document requirements for a field scheduling platform 2572-1
This is a remote position that can be worked anywhere in Canada.

Must Haves:
- 8+ years experience as a Business Analysis experience in an agile environment
- Experience with vendor management for application implementation and optimization projects
- Experience working in cloud environment (AWS) for SaaS implementation and optimization projects
- Experience working on Field Service Management applications
- Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups including Operations, Marketing and Security
- Experience with Atlassian suite of products related to software development and delivery
- Formalized SCRUM or Agile certification
- ITSM process knowledge, specifically around Change Management
