Our valued public sector client is in need of a Secret cleared Senior Business Analyst to gather, analyze and validate business requirements for an implementation. The client aims to optimize its service delivery to entrepreneurs and businesses through service management best practices and business management frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and internal technical teams;
• Facilitate quick understanding and decision making from project stakeholders;
• Organize and lead workshops to gather/elicit user requirements;
• Analyze and validate business requirements;
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs;
• Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value for projects of varying scope and develop traceability matrices

Must Have: 

• Experience with Salesforce 
• Experience developing roadmaps 
• Experience in agile environment 

Nice to Have: 

• CCBA, CBAP or PMI-PBA
