Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead and mentor junior members while working on business, technical re-engineering and transformation projects

You will be on a BA team overseeing 40+ business and technical projects annually of varying size and complexity based in Vancouver and working in a hybrid (onsite and partial remote) 

Must Have
  • 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • Previous experince leading/mentoring junior Business Analyst
  • Experience on both Business and IT project
  • Demonstrated practice of the Systems Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in both traditional waterfall and Agile methodologies
 
Nice to Have
  • Lean and /or Six Sigma certification  
  • CBAP / PMI-PBA certification or candidate for certification (or equivalent training) - attaining ceritfication will be sponored by the client
  • Knowledge and experience with modern Quality Assurance concepts and practices
  • Experience on SharePoint or MS Dynamic CRM  
 
Responsibilities
  • Supporting and mentoring Junior/Intermediate Business Analysts
  • Help establish a working culture and environment for the team
  • Work hands-on on both technical and functional projects
  • Gathering requirements and transfer into technical requirements and support the development team to make system changes.
