Senior Business Analyst to provide support & solution delivery on application management portfolio

S.i. System's client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to provide support & solution delivery on application management portfolio.

MUST HAVES:

• 10+ years of experience within the IT business analysis and application management disciplines.
• 3+ years of working experience in Agile delivery and one year as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApp, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, D365 CRM and/or
  D365 Finance
• Good understanding of software development and IT project QA/QC standard methodologies.
• 5+ years business process, organizational readiness and change management experience.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Degree or diploma in either business or information systems management, and experience in mining industry (Health, Safety, Sustainability, Asset Management, Operations, Risk, Finance).
• Formal Scrum or Agile training (e.g. SAFe® Leading SAFe, Scrum Master / Advanced Scrum Master), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CPS), Professional Scrum Master (PSM1 or PSM2) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC))
