Our Professional Services client is in need of a Senior Business Analyst to support a Merger and Acquisition initiative within the banking domain

Must Have: 
  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst with Merger & Acquisition experience within the Banking/Finance domain
    • Data and business process modeling (Lucid Charts, ERD tools, Balsamiq, etc).
    • Fraud, Commercial Lending, Retail Lending, Documents & Logistics, Data & Analytics, Payment & Deposit operations, Collections & Recovery, Risk & Controls, Change & Enablement
  • 7+ years of experience with Stakeholder Management
  • 2+ years experience with Agile methodology
Nice To Haves:
  • Business Analysis Certification(s)
  • Previous professional services experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting interviews and facilitating workshops with business SMEs
  • Establish and maintain full requirements traceability and work with the business to prioritize requirements and scope changes to ensure business needs and deadlines are met
  • Identifying scope changes and completing analysis to determine impact to project benefits and risks
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Identifying and documenting interim and future state business processes and workflows
  • Proactively identifying issues and risks and and evaluating alternatives for resolution and mitigation
  • Adherence to enterprise project governance controls to ensure projects meet all performance, quality and compliance standards and conforms to appropriate business analysis disciplines
