Our valued financial client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support and manage the migration of an identity and access management (IAM) platform for a higher education client!

Initial 6-month contract with strong possibility of extension. 100% Remote in Atlantic Time Zone. 

Responsibilities:
  • Serve a hybrid role as a Business Analyst & Project Manager, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget (80% of the role will be focused on business analysis, while 20% of the work will be as a project manager, supported by the enterprise PMO)
  • Manage the migration of the Identity and Access Mgmt (IDM/IAM) function from within the Peoplesoft application (homegrown built using PeopleTools) to a new COTS solution which is currently being procured
  • Support the integration of the new functionality: Planning with stakeholders, requirements gathering/validation, solution design, selection, process workflows, configuration support, testing, and implementation
  • Stakeholder & vendor management - completing some change management functions as part of the role (e.g. facilitating business change with stakeholders) 
Must-Have Skills:
  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent work experience as a Project Manager
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation of a new Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform 
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Prosci ADKAR or other relevant change management certifications
  • CBAP, CCBA, CSM, SAFe, or other relevant industry certifications
