Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years' IT Business Analysis experience
- Application delivery, implementation or upgrade experience (SDLC, COTS)
- Data analysis, migration and reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements to technical/development team
- Process flow diagram, mock-ups, and mapping experience
- Troubleshooting experience and capable of finding and completing a root-cause analysis
- UAT and standard system testing/analysis experience
- Agile Methodology delivery experience
- Continued education experience with a Post-Secondary degree within a related discipline (Business Administration, Computer Science, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize work on a daily basis in order to excel in a rapidly changing environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience/understanding of the energy sector, specifically environmental and land services
- Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, Azure, DevOps
- SharePoint, MS Flow, Power Apps, and Power BI experience
- SQL database skills for troubleshooting and querying

- Document software, systems and processes
- Perform/ assist with application configuration
- Communicate and present information to all levels of the business
- Troubleshoot and find root-cause quickly
- Complete UAT and system testing through the entire software development lifecycle
- Design and conduct user training
- Provide operation assistance to support personnel and business users
