One of our health authority clients is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to assist in establishing and implementing a repeatable process and solution models in order to successfully onboard Contract Service Providers to clinical systems - HYBRID

This role is 30 hours per week. It will be predominately remote, but may requrie on-site visits to the health authority's head office at Central City Tower, Surrey, BC. Project delivery may require engagement with non-health authority resources and this may require access to a vehicle in order to attend alternate sites 

Must Haves:
  • 8+ years as a Business Analyst familiar with full requirements lifecycle management, solution identification and design, solution testing and validation, change management, and solution deployment
  • Experience with business process design/redesign, use case analysis, process and data flow analysis
  • Direct knowledge, education and experience working with information technology systems including knowledge of standard two and three tier system architectures
Nice to Have:
  • CBAP Certification
  • BC Health Authority Experience
  • Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) system implementations including system configuration and customization from a business analyst perspective; preferably the Paris EMR
Deliverables: 
  • Engage with sponsors and stakeholders to confirm scope, goals, objectives, and benefits
  • Maintain project decision, issue and risk logs
  • Track project plans and deliverables
  • Facilitate project meetings as required and provide status updates as required
  • Conduct a thorough current situation assessment of external service providers’ access methods and on-boarding readiness, and document findings
  • Work with project resources to identify requirements, further define scope, WBS creation, verify and control scope
  • Work with stakeholder groups to review, identify, document clarify and prioritize requirements
  • Follow through with the initial implementation at the selected sites and document feedback
